  How to book

  •     Please book in advance by phone or email.
  •     After we confirm your booking by phone, please transfer half of the room rate as a deposit by 12:00 noon the next day.
  •     After the transfer, please send us your name and the last 5 digits of your account number by text message or phone, so that we can confirm the payment.
  •     When we receive the deposit, we will hold the room for you.
  •     To change your dates, please tell us at least 3 days in advance. We cannot accept date changes on the day of arrival, except in case of natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.).
  •     After a date change, we can hold the room for up to one month.
  •     During Lunar New Year, please pay the full room rate as the deposit.

  Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in: after 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.

       ★If you need to check in earlier, please call us first.

  Cancellation

  •  Under the standard booking contract for tourist hotels, hotels and B&Bs published in Taiwan on 10 December 2009:
  1. Cancellation 14 days or more before arrival: 100% of the deposit is refunded.
  2. Cancellation 10–13 days before arrival: 70% of the deposit is refunded.
  3. Cancellation 7–9 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
  4. Cancellation 4–6 days before arrival: 40% of the deposit is refunded.
  5. Cancellation 2–3 days before arrival: 30% of the deposit is refunded.
  6. Cancellation 1 day before arrival: 20% of the deposit is refunded.
  7. Cancellation on the day of arrival, or no cancellation notice: no refund.

  Notes for your stay

  • Free parking is available.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is not allowed indoors.
  • Please keep quiet after 11:00 p.m.
  • If you want to leave your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out, please tell us in advance.
  • To protect the environment, we suggest that you bring your own toothbrush, so that fewer disposable toiletries are used.
